Welcome to the Russian Language Individual Program!

Our program is a fun and flexible way to learn Russian, perfect for beginners, advanced learners, and everyone in between! It runs for 16 weeks (one semester) and is designed to fit your schedule.

We offer three different levels, and classes are held once a week via Zoom at a time that works best for you. Our experienced, native-speaking instructors will guide you every step of the way.

Each class blends speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Individual sessions are 45 minutes long, with a total of 16 lessons over the semester.

Once you complete your application, one of our instructors will reach out to help you find the best level and schedule for your needs.

This class designed specifically for adults. The course promotes communication skills such as speaking, reading, understanding and expressing themselves in Russian language.

Individual Lessons / Duration - 60 min / 4 lessons per month / week days 

Once we recieve your registration You will be contacted by the instructor to set up time and day for your tutoring sessions. 

Welcome! 

In this interactive class you'll will learn Russian business vocabulary, financial terms, industry-related words, acronyms, abbreviations, legal, economic and financial terms. We'll also include social norms and other cultural specifics to guarantee flowless business communication in Russia. 

Your instructor is native Russian speaker. In addition to vocabulary and phrases, you will learn the negotiations etiquette, the peculiarities of business in Russian-speaking countries and other subtle things that could largely affect your success.

- Individual lessons via Zoom. 

- 4 lessons per month, each lesson is 1 hour long.

- Ongoing monthly enrollment, no registration fee!

After enrolling online, you will be contacted with all the information you need to prepare for our first lesson.

The goal is to teach children in grades 1-12 abstract concepts of planning, analysis and strategy through the game of chess. Kids will be excited to understand and amazed by the positive experience that chess offers. When a child learns the most complicated game in the world they build self-confidence, logical and analitical thinking, develop self-learning tools and  learn how to evaluate their own decision making process.

-Ages 8-18

Individual online lessons / 4 lessons per month / each class is 1 hour / Weekends

Once we recieve your registration, you will be contacted to determine best time for tutoring. 

The singing group lesson is a complex lesson which consisted from such activities: Singing, moving with music, musical games, listening classical music pieces. The students will gain skills such as:

- Develop the ability to sing songs in tune individually and with others.     Develop articulation, focusing on the major vowels and consonants. Learn how to breathe properly when singing. Develop rhythmic coordination through fun and dynamic activities. Learn and perform basic children's songs.

- This class is available for kids who isn't enrolled to any of the classes at NORCC but whould like to participate in our year around concerts and New Year celebraton performance. 

- 2 performances per year

- For kids 5+

- Saturday 1 pm, 4 lessons per month

Registration fee is $35 and must be paid separate on the day of arrival.

Group Lesson / 4 lessons per month  / 16 weeks / Duration 60 min

Once we receive your registration, you will be contacted to determine the right group for your child, time of the group will also be discussed upon registration. Different groups meet on Saturdays at different times during the day.

Three Groups: Advanced, Intermediate, and Beginners     

Every Saturday/Sunday:

Beginners meet at 3:15 pm

Intermediate at 4:15 pm

Advanced at 5:15 pm 

Professional Chess Boards will be provided. All educational material included. 

Our Art program is based on an acclaimed, step-by-step method. Our multisensory approach to learning meets every child at their level. The students will be introduced to pencil drawing techniques, composition, acrylic paints, and soft pastels.

As students go through a new lesson every week, they learn a variety of art concepts, including:

~ Composition~ Scetching ~ Perspective ~ Still life ~ Realism/Abstraction ~ Art history ~ Color theory ~ Fundamental composition skills ~ Line and patterning ~ Art vocabulary~

- Students' paintings and drawings will be displayed twice a year during annual and semi-annual events.

-For Kids 6+

All supplies included /Group Lessons /4 lessons per month / Duration 60min / 16 lessons session.

Saturdays: 12:00 - 1:00

What is it? This is learning how to quickly count in your head using the abacus (Japanese abacus). You may have seen or heard how some children solve multi-valued examples in their minds in seconds and at the same time read, squat, or jump. If you think that only geniuses are capable of this, we assure you that this is not so! Every child who attends this class masters this kind of quick counting. But this is not the main thing!

The main thing is the simultaneous development of both hemispheres of the brain. Children learn to count on an abacus by moving the bones. Then they imagine these abacus in their imagination and move the bones in their imagination. And then the right hemisphere begins to work. 

Everyone who takes a mental arithmetic course begins to do better at school, do homework on their own, and learn poetry quickly. Why? Because mental arithmetic develops children's memory, concentration, speed of perception, and processing of information. Skills that are so needed in the modern world.
